Privacy Policy

Last updated July 12, 2026

This is a short, plain-language summary of how Yankey Creative ("I", "me") handles information submitted through this site. I'm not a law firm — this isn't a substitute for legal advice, just an honest explanation of what happens to your data.

What I Collect

When you use the contact form, I collect only what you type in: first name, last name, email address, and your message (plus a subject line if you add one). I don't use tracking cookies or collect any other personal data through the form.

How I Use It

  • To read and reply to your message.
  • To keep a record of the conversation if we end up working together.

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for marketing unless you explicitly ask to be kept in the loop.

Who Sees It

Form submissions are sent via Resend, an email delivery service, directly to my inbox. Resend processes the message on my behalf and doesn't use it for anything else. No other third party receives your form data.

Site Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to see aggregate traffic (like page views). It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personally identifiable information.

How Long I Keep It

I keep messages as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or maintain a record of our project — generally no more than a couple of years unless we have an ongoing relationship.

Your Rights

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete any information you've submitted at any time — just email me and I'll take care of it.
